Whether created from heirloom materials that hold special memories or from carefully selected new fabrics to begin a new tradition, each keepsake is thoughtfully crafted to honor the story behind it.
Share the Story Behind Your Keepsake
Every fabric has a story, and we would be honored to help preserve yours. When submitting your materials, we invite you to share the history behind them, including who owned them, how they were used, special memories associated with them, family traditions, or meaningful life events. You are also welcome to provide photographs of your loved one, family, or the original item or textile in use.
Memory Teddy Bears can be created from sentimental heirloom materials or from new fabrics for families looking to start a new heirloom tradition.
Memory Animals are handcrafted to a finished size of up to 14"; slight variations may occur depending on the design selected and the materials provided.

Custom Requests and Additional Fees
Every keepsake is unique, and some projects may require additional time, materials, or specialized techniques.
Projects that may require an additional fee or custom quote include:
- Multiple fabrics incorporated into one keepsake (more than five)
- Embroidered names, dates, or messages
- Custom accessories or clothing
- Specialty fabric sourcing (such as silk or fur)
- Large keepsake animals
- Matching keepsake sets
- Memory animals created from fragile textiles
- Rush orders
- Unique custom designs
All custom work and associated costs will be discussed and approved before work begins.
Before We Begin
Every fabric has its own condition, history, and characteristics. Before work begins, we will review your materials, discuss your preferences, and confirm design details, timeline, and pricing.
Because each keepsake is handcrafted from existing materials, pattern placement, coloration, and fabric features will vary. We will make every effort to preserve and highlight the most meaningful portions of your fabric whenever possible; however, exact placement of specific designs, images, embroidery, or fabric elements cannot be guaranteed.
