All custom work, recommendations, and associated costs will be discussed and approved before any work begins.

Before work begins, we will review your bear, discuss our recommendations, and confirm expectations, timeline, and pricing. No cleaning or restoration work will be performed without your approval.
Please note that while we take great care with every bear, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains, odors, discoloration, fabric deterioration, or damage caused by age, storage conditions, previous repairs, or normal wear. Some signs of age may remain and are often part of the bear's history and character.
